By linking the skills you selected at the beginning of your profile creation, you can show employers when and where you used those skills. For example, if you are looking for jobs as a Forklift Operator, you may receive more employer emails if you link your Forklift skill to jobs you have had most recently.
To link skills, tap on the arrow and choose from the options to add to an existing work history, a new work history, or a training.
Pro Tip: If you have recently gained a skill through a training, but haven't used it on the job yet, add the skill in the training section. This way employers can see that you have been furthering your knowledge and are ready to put your new skills to use.
