Employers use Surehand to search for Inspectors based on the certifications you hold and the skills you have, so it's important to include Skills in your profile.
To add a skill, login to your profile and click on the "Profile" icon on your dashboard
Click on "Work History"
Select the Work History record you want to add a skill to and click on "ADD SKILL"
Select the skill you would like to add from the drop-down menu and click "SAVE"
You can also add Skills to the Training section of your profile by following the same steps as above.
