Employers use Surehand to search for skilled tradesmen and women based on the certifications they hold and the skills they have, so it's important to include Skills in your profile.
To add a skill, login to your profile and click on the "Profile" icon on your dashboard
Click on "Work History"
Select the Work History record you want to add a skill to and click on "ADD SKILL"
Select the skill you would like to add from the drop-down menu and click "SAVE"
You can also add Skills to the Training section of your profile by following the same steps as above.
